6th Circ. Revives Gunmaker's Exploding Rifle Suit

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 4:50 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday reversed a Savage Arms Inc. win in a suit brought by a man who claims he was injured while loading an allegedly defective rifle, saying the lower court erred in excluding the testimony of two qualified expert witnesses.
