Jenkens Bigwig Wants Docs Barred From Tax Fraud Retrial

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 8:11 PM ET) -- The former head of Jenkens & Gilchrist PC's Chicago office sought Friday to exclude key documents from his upcoming retrial for tax fraud, arguing that one such memorandum has been repudiated by an Internal Revenue Service interview with two Ernst & Young LLP partners.
