Tommy Hilfiger Jumps Into Fray Over Gender-Based Tariffs

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 6:05 PM EDT) -- Tommy Hilfiger USA Inc. on Monday became the latest retailer to accuse the U.S. government of violating the Fifth Amendment by applying gender- and age-specific tariffs on footwear and apparel imports.
