Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 10:50 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Monday refused to revive a mortgage loan discrimination class action brought on behalf of 153,000 minority borrowers, finding the plaintiffs had not shown PNC Financial Services Group Inc. loan officers had a “common discriminatory mode” of exercising discretion.
