Okla. Judge Refuses To Dismiss State Challenge To ACA

Law360, Los Angeles (August 12, 2013, 8:45 PM ET) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Monday refused to dismiss the state's lawsuit challenging the Affordable Care Act, ruling that Oklahoma had standing to challenge a rule under which businesses are fined if they don't provide health insurance to their employees.
