Realty One Exec Accused Of Raping, Harassing Employee

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A former Realty One Group employee launched a sexual harassment lawsuit against her employer and its CEO in California court Wednesday, claiming the company and several affiliates failed to prevent the executive from repeatedly raping and harassing her.

Danielle M. Snyder Potter alleges that, beginning in September 2011 when she began her employment at the company, the company's CEO Kuba Jewgieniew, who was her immediate supervisor, continually made lewd comments, gestures and actions toward her without her consent.
