Dallas Cowboys Ink $115M Long-Term Deal For New HQ

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 4:18 PM EDT) -- On the heels of a key approval, the Dallas Cowboys on Tuesday inked a $115 million, 25-year deal with the City of Frisco, Texas, to move its headquarters and training facilities to the area and build a mixed-use complex anchored by offices and a hotel.
