Fed. Circ. Backs ITC, Finds Leviton Patent Claims Invalid

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 3:02 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a U.S. International Trade Commission decision invalidating two claims of a Leviton Manufacturing Co. electrical safety system patent, rejecting the company's argument that its invention’s popularity and reproduction by rivals proved the claims were not obvious.
