Extreme Reach, Digital Generation Ink $485M TV Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (August 13, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- Extreme Reach Inc. announced Monday that it has reached a cash deal of $485 million to buy Digital Generation Inc.'s television and advertising business units, in a transaction it said will converge commercials on TV, online and mobile platforms.

According to a press release, the Needham, Mass.-based Extreme Reach, which bills itself as a leading video platform for integrated TV, online and mobile advertising, said the deal is subject to the approval of Digital Generation's shareholders.
