Modell's Sporting Goods Hit With ADA Class Action

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 7:13 PM EDT) -- Modell's Sporting Goods Inc. was hit last week with a putative class action filed in Pennsylvania federal court by a man who says the chain discriminates against customers with impaired mobility with inaccessible parking and restrooms at several New Jersey and Pennsylvania Modell's locations.
