Gay Marriage Advocates Call NJ's Argument 'Disingenuous'

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 8:41 PM ET) -- An attorney representing plaintiffs challenging New Jersey’s civil union law urged a state judge to grant summary judgment on Thursday, arguing his clients were being denied their rights with each day action wasn't taken and calling the state’s counterarguments “disingenuous.”
