St. Charles Can't Shake Therapist's FLSA Collective Action

Law360, Los Angeles (August 13, 2013, 9:51 PM ET) -- Bend, Ore.-based St. Charles Health System Inc. can’t ditch a putative collective action alleging it breached the Fair Labor Standards Act when it scheduled therapists for short workweeks but required them to do full-time work, an Oregon federal judge found Tuesday.
