Russia Warns EU Against Fining Gazprom In Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 5:40 PM ET) -- Russia's foreign minister cautioned Tuesday that if the European Union fines Gazprom OAO under the bloc's antitrust rules, the energy giant might not be able to continue operating in the region.
