NJ High Court Voids Arbitration Clause Asserted After Delay

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 7:40 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Wednesday invalidated an arbitration clause in an employment contract, ruling that a health care company waived its right to arbitrate a terminated employee's claim by litigating the matter for 21 months and invoking the clause only days before trial.
