Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 6:15 PM EDT) -- A Bayer AG subsidiary on Wednesday objected to a plan aimed at taking Rochester, N.Y.-based Eastman Kodak Co. out of Chapter 11 protection, arguing that the company's reorganization plan threatened its $250 million claim covering environmental liabilities.
