US Trade Rep To Probe Chinese, Russian WTO Compliance

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 5:47 PM ET) -- The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative has begun the process of conducting separate investigations to assess whether China and Russia are keeping their markets free of trade barriers in accordance with their commitments before the World Trade Organization.
