Philly Won't Fight $6M Firefighter Health Care Payment

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 5:59 PM ET) -- Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter said Wednesday that the city will comply with a recent state court order compelling it to pay $6.2 million into the health care fund for the city's firefighter's union while it waits for an appeals court to hear the underlying dispute over an arbitration award granted to the union.
