Airlines Assemble Antitrust Guns In DOJ Merger Fight

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 9:06 PM EDT) -- The decorated team of attorneys enlisted by US Airways Group Inc. and bankrupt American Airlines Inc. to fight the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust challenge to a $11 billion merger should give the airlines a fighting chance in salvaging the deal, lawyers said Wednesday.
