10th Circ. Rejects Qwest Appeal in Price Guarantee Fight

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Wednesday booted Qwest Corp.’s appeal of an order declaring an arbitration agreement invalid in a putative class action accusing the company of breaching a lifetime pricing guarantee, saying Qwest failed to identify a reviewable order under the Federal Arbitration Act.
