Time Warner Faces Customer Class Action Over CBS Blackout

Law360, Los Angeles (August 15, 2013, 7:43 PM ET) -- A group of Time Warner Cable Inc. customers filed a putative class action Wednesday accusing the cable giant of charging them for television they can't watch during ongoing Los Angeles-area blackouts of CBS Corp. networks while Time Warner and the broadcaster negotiate their contract.
