Google Contradicts Self On Email Privacy, Group Says

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 1:16 PM ET) -- A consumer group blasted Google Inc. on Thursday for publicly defending its privacy practices while appearing to claim in a multidistrict litigation filing that Gmail users have no legitimate expectation of privacy, saying the company is either lying to the courts or the public.
