South Fla. Feds Target Microcap Stock Fraudsters

Law360, Miami (August 16, 2013, 8:31 PM ET) -- After netting almost $1.8 billion in restitution and leading the nation in the number of defendants charged, the Southern District of Florida's 3-year-old securities fraud initiative is setting its sights on microcap stock fraud, which has flourished in South Florida's fraud hotbed.
