Law360, Philadelphia (August 15, 2013, 3:12 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state judge last Tuesday affirmed an arbitration panel’s decision ordering a former Kline & Specter PC attorney to fork over more than $200,000 worth of referral fees for cases he took with him after leaving to found his own firm.
