Rivals Fight Myriad Bid For Gene Test Ban In Patent Case

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 7:41 PM ET) -- Two companies sued by Myriad Genetics Inc. over genetic testing patents asked a Utah federal judge Wednesday not to impose a preliminary injunction on their competing tests, arguing that Myriad's case is based on a misreading of a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling on different Myriad patents.
