Blackstone, Apollo Execs Pay $320M For NJ Devils

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 2:18 PM EDT) -- A group led by Blackstone Group LP's David Blitzer and Apollo Global Management LLC's Joshua Harris has closed the acquisition of the NHL's New Jersey Devils for a reported $320 million, including the team's operating interest at its Newark arena, the Devils announced Thursday.
