NJ High Court Demands Mediation Settlements In Writing

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 3:50 PM ET) -- Ruling in a dispute between commercial real estate companies over a New Jersey mall property, the state Supreme Court said Thursday that parties looking to enforce a settlement reached in mediation must reduce those terms to a signed, written agreement before the mediation concludes.
