5th Circ. Won't Review Remand In Home Depot Injury Case

Law360, Los Angeles (August 15, 2013, 7:03 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Wednesday refused to overturn a federal court's ruling remanding a Home Depot Inc. worker's injury claims to Texas state court, saying it has no authority to review the remand order because there were no defects in the removal procedure.
