Fired Exec Tells High Court He's An Employee Under Title VII

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 8:43 PM ET) -- A former officer and director alleging religious discrimination at the hands of his family’s business called on the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn rulings that found he wasn’t an employee under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, arguing that the Third Circuit and a district court applied the wrong test to determine his status.
