Sekisui Sanctioned For Email Deletion In Merger Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (August 15, 2013, 10:43 PM ET) -- Sekisui America Corp. was sanctioned in a rare decision Thursday for deleting the emails of the former president of a merger target whom it is suing for breach of contract, when a New York federal judge reversed a magistrate’s ruling that the emails hadn’t been erased maliciously.
