Pa. High Court Asked To Nix Rehearing Of Fracking Law Case

Law360, Philadelphia (August 16, 2013, 1:58 PM ET) -- A group of municipalities challenging Pennsylvania's new statewide zoning rules for hydraulic fracturing before the state's Supreme Court said Thursday that allowing the case to be reheard after the appointment of a new seventh justice could force the court to rehear dozens of other appeals as well.
