T-Mobile, Philips Reach Accord In LCD Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 1:37 PM ET) -- T-Mobile U.S.A. Inc. on Thursday told a California federal judge that it and Koninklijke Philips NV’s North American unit have agreed to end their dispute in the massive multidistrict litigation alleging Philips fixed prices on liquid crystal display panels.

In a joint stipulation, the companies said T-Mobile has agreed to drop all of its claims against Philips with prejudice, with both sides taking care of their own costs and attorneys’ fees. No terms of a settlement were given, and representatives for Philips didn’t immediately respond to...
