GOP Reps. Push Treasury To Cough Up ACA Credit Rule Docs

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 1:09 PM ET) -- Two GOP lawmakers on Thursday threatened to subpoena the U.S. Department of the Treasury if it doesn't release documents related to a rule expanding eligibility for Affordable Care Act-related insurance tax credits, saying the agency's responses to previous requests have been inadequate.
