Providers Urge CMS To Revise ACA Payment Grace Rule

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 3:17 PM ET) -- Three health care industry advocacy groups urged the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Thursday to revise a rule implementing an Affordable Care Act-mandated grace period for health insurance beneficiaries who fall behind on payments, saying the provision could result in providers being unfairly stiffed on payments.
