Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 5:59 PM ET) -- A Florida judge who doesn't believe in Latin gobbledygook tops Law360's latest roundup of judicial benchslaps, which showcases a couple of Kentucky judges taking contrary positions on the legal status of gay marriage into a very public arena.

An anti-Latin bias is understandable, but it's a shaky foundation for a legal argument. 

That was the opinion of Judge James R. Wolf of the Florida First District Court of Appeal, who agreed with a pro se litigant that "needless Latiny" should be avoided.
