Tommy Hilfiger Lifts Swiss Watchmaker's Design, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 2:39 PM ET) -- Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A. Inc. and Movado Group Inc. were accused of producing cheap knockoffs of an “iconic” watch made by the Swiss luxury watchmaker Audemars Piguet Holding SA in a trade dress suit filed in New York federal court Tuesday.
