NLRB Judge Finds University's Arbitration Pact Unlawful

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 2:38 PM ET) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge found Wednesday that a Florida university violated federal labor law by forcing workers to sign an arbitration agreement that banned class or collective actions and would lead workers to think they were prohibited from filing NLRB charges.
