Consumers Fight Sabre's Bid To Exit Hotel Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 3:10 PM EDT) -- Consumers who claim online travel services conspired to fix hotel prices have responded to Sabre Holdings Corp.'s recent attempt to escape their antitrust lawsuit, telling a Texas federal judge on Thursday that the LP owner "was squarely in the middle of the conspiracy."
