Judge Orders Detroit, Unions Into Mediation Talks

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 5:02 PM ET) -- A Michigan federal judge involved in Detroit's insolvency proceedings on Friday ordered the city and several unions into mediation in order to sort out the renegotiation of collective bargaining agreements.

U.S. District Judge Gerald E.
