DOL Coerced Berry Farms Into Wage Settlements, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 16, 2013, 7:50 PM ET) -- A pair of Oregon berry farms slapped the U.S. Department of Labor with a lawsuit Thursday, accusing the agency of forcing them into agreeing to admit wage-and-hour violations and pay fines by holding up shipments of perishable blueberries.
