Shire Wins Dismissal Of Generic Adderall Antitrust Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 16, 2013, 9:18 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday threw out a putative class action alleging drug company Shire LLC stifled competition for the drug Adderall XR through patent settlements and supply agreements with generic-drug makers, chastising the plaintiff's attorneys for missing a deadline for amending the allegations.
