Fla. Gov. Raises Privacy Red Flags Over ACA 'Navigators'

Law360, Miami (August 20, 2013, 9:09 PM ET) -- Florida Gov. Rick Scott and his cabinet during a meeting Tuesday in Miami voiced concerns about the federal government's plans for hiring and training so-called navigators for the new federal health care program and the handling of personal information they will collect as they enroll citizens.
