AIG Unit Hit With Wages Suit By Call Center Employee

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 6:28 PM ET) -- A subsidiary of American International Group Inc. was hit with a proposed collective action Monday in Texas federal court by a former customer call representative who alleges the company failed to pay him for time he spent working before and after his shift, then fired him when he complained.
