Hooters Broke Hispanic Marketing Deal, Ad Agency Says

Law360, Miami (August 21, 2013, 4:17 PM ET) -- A Florida marketing company on Monday sued restaurant chain Hooters of America LLC for breaking an exclusive deal for campaigns aimed at the Hispanic market by allegedly soliciting bids from other advertising companies.

Orlando, Fla.-based The Group Creative Communications LLC said Hooters has breached an agreement under which it was the exclusive agency handling Hispanic advertising for the corporate restaurants.
