Value Of SEPs In Balance At Microsoft, Motorola Trial

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 8:12 PM ET) -- A jury trial will get underway in Seattle on Monday in a case where Microsoft Corp. claims Motorola Inc. breached its obligation to license its standard-essential patents on fair terms, and attorneys say the outcome could limit the value of essential patents.
