Fujitsu Patent Ruled Invalid In Battle With Tellabs

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 6:25 PM ET) -- Tellabs Inc. on Tuesday scored another victory in a long-running patent infringement battle with Fujitsu Ltd. as an Illinois federal judge ruled that a Fujitsu patent related to optical communications systems was invalid because it was anticipated and made obvious by prior art.
