Fla. Citizens Insurer Seeks 6.6% Home Rate Increase

Law360, Miami (August 21, 2013, 7:51 PM EDT) -- Residential policyholders with Florida's Citizens Property Insurance Corp. could pay 6.6 percent more on average statewide next year under proposed 2014 rates presented by the state-run company to Office of Insurance Regulation officials at a meeting Tuesday in Tampa.
