Amazon Blasts GAO In Suit Over $600M CIA Contract

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 7:35 PM EDT) -- Amazon Web Services blasted the U.S. Government Accountability Office for sustaining rival IBM's protest of a $600 million cloud computing contract with the Central Intelligence Agency, saying in a court complaint unsealed Tuesday that the GAO had “jettisoned established law” in order to give IBM a second chance.
