FTC Commish Is Wrong About Data Brokers, Ad Group Says

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 5:36 PM ET) -- A mass-marketing industry group on Monday urged Federal Trade Commissioner Julie Brill to walk back proposals to restrict data mining, accusing Brill of poisoning the debate over online privacy and maligning practices that benefit consumers.
