Lawmakers Prod White House For Social Cost Of Carbon Info

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 5:18 PM EDT) -- Two senior members of the House Oversight Committee demanded Tuesday that the White House reveal details about the government's methodology behind a new social cost of carbon estimate, which will be used to help determine greenhouse gas regulations and other new rules.
