Target, Macy's Seek Docs For $7B Visa Deal Challenge

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 8:59 PM ET) -- Target Corp. and others fighting a $7.25 billion settlement of a class action alleging Visa Inc. and MastarCard Inc. charged merchants excessive swipe fees challenged Tuesday a ruling they claim will unfairly limit their response to a report being put together by a court-appointed expert.
